Should all these resources be used together?

You can choose which resources work better for you. The basic training should take around 6 weeks, and you can substitute practice with book by a game or practice with computer or daydreaming. You can choose Jonathan’s lectures vs TED videos vs my blog articles. You can ask questions on Udemy or facebook or this blog. This is entirely up to you – as long as you make serious and steady progress.

Jacques Martin:How much time should be spent watching over 6 weeks?

The course says it can be taken over 6 weeks. But what does that mean? according to this: http://www.keytostudy.com/examplary-training-schedule/ exercising your skills should take about an hour a day. But how much are we supposed to watch every day? Because in about an hour I’m already at section 3. Isn’t that too fast considering there are only 7 sections?

I have been wondering the same thing. I don’t want to move too quickly through the course and lose any benefit along the way. I’ve only just started and am being cautious not to rush.
I’ve been using the short term memory checker everyday, but am unsure when I should continue on. I suppose it depends on when I feel confident to do so, once I’ve made sure I am applying the techniques covered so far in everyday life. Not an easy thing to remember to so, but it’s all about creating new habits.

Jacques Martin

What is this memory checker? I mean I’m just confused how much of this course we’re supposed to be taking everyday.

You are expected to work no less than 15 min per day and no more than 90 min per day, where your progress is roughly proportional to the amount of work you do. Tentatively 60 min will provide the best result. Seehttp://www.keytostudy.com/practice-smart-suffer-headaches/ on how to work and do not forget to do http://www.keytostudy.com/setting-your-superlearning-goals/ as you are asked. You can watch the course as fast as you want, as long as you have patience to watch again the parts that you have trouble with when practicing.
